EOD Limited Lifetime Warranty

EOD (Expedition Off-Road Development) proudly provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of an EOD vehicle accessory. This warranty stipulates that EOD vehicle accessories will be free of material or manufacturing defects and if any defects are discovered, EOD will, at its sole discretion, either repair, replace, or refund the original customer the purchase price of the product.

This warranty will only apply to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and all labor, diagnostics costs, and shipping to EOD, are the sole responsibility of the customer. To start a warranty claim email warranty@eodupfitters.com

Exclusions and Limitations

EOD manufactures products intended for off-road use and installing EOD products may result in different driving characteristics. As such, EOD does not warranty any damage to EOD products caused by use off-road, including but not limited to, scratches, scrapes, dings, dents, rust, or damage to any coatings. EOD is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, overloading, improperly installed or maintained parts, or damage to EOD vehicle accessories or vehicles caused by accident. EOD is not responsible for any damages to vehicle, cargo, or occupants, that are caused directly or indirectly from the installation of EOD vehicle accessories. EOD warranty does not warranty products for use in racing or competition, even if unsanctioned or unofficial.

EOD provides no warranty, express or implied, to any coating of EOD vehicle accessories. These coatings are provided purely as a convenience to customers. EOD will void warranty if parts are left uncoated.

All EOD vehicle accessories are shipped by a third party, and customers are responsible for noting any damages, lost items, or other issues caused by shipping on the shipping receipt at time of signing. If customer accepts delivery without noting damage, EOD will not be responsible for any damage or lost items, or damage to powder coat resulting from shipment. Please follow instructions for reviewing and noting damage as seen in EODs Shipment review instructions. Customer has 72 hours from time of delivery to report shipment issues to EOD.

EOD strongly advises customers to wait until EOD vehicle accessories have been received, and confirmed that all hardware is present before scheduling an installation. EOD is not responsible for delays, or financial loss that results from missing or damaged components that are discovered during installation.

EOD vehicle accessories warranty will be void if EOD instructions are not followed, if EOD vehicle accessories are modified, or if non-EOD parts are used. Warranty does not apply to customers outside the USA.
